MOVEMENT PRO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS By creating an account and subscribing to Movement Pro, you agree to the following: 1. SERVICE Movement Pro provides movement assessment, programming, progress tracking, and related fitness tools. The Service is not medical advice - consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. 2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT Your subscription is billed at the rate shown at checkout (monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time via your account settings - cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. 3. YOUR ACCOUNT You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 4. YOUR DATA We process personal and health-related data in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to provide the Service. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. 6. CONTENT You own the content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the Service. Movement Pro owns all intellectual property in the platform itself. 7. LIABILITY The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 8. CHANGES We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Price changes take effect on your next renewal after 30 days notice. 9.
